Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ZhouyiSat internet, equipment and support services. Written to be readable — but binding.

1. Agreement
By signing the service order or activating service you accept these terms. You may cancel within 14 days of activation for a full refund of monthly fees; equipment must be returned in working condition for the equipment fee to be refunded.
2. Service availability
Residential plans are sold on a best-effort basis. We target 99.5% monthly uptime, measured at our handoff point. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and does not count against the target.
Business plans carry the SLA shown on the service order — typically 99.9% (Pro 500) or 99.95% (Enterprise Gig). If we miss the SLA we apply prorated service credits automatically on the following invoice.
3. Speeds
Advertised speeds are the maximum your circuit is provisioned for, measured wired to our router. Real-world Wi-Fi throughput depends on your devices and home environment. We will perform a free signal walkthrough on request if measured speeds are consistently low.
4. Payment
Service is billed monthly in advance via the payment method on file. Invoices are emailed on the 1st of each month.
If a payment fails we send a notice and allow a 7-day grace period. Service may be suspended after that, and a reconnection fee may apply.
5. Cancellation & early termination
Residential plans: month-to-month, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No early termination fee.
Business plans: 12- or 24-month terms as indicated on the service order. Early termination fee = 30% of the remaining contract value.
Cancellation requests are submitted in writing to [email protected] from the email on file.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination as documented there.
7. Equipment
Equipment provided as part of your plan remains the property of ZhouyiSat. You agree to return it in working condition within 14 days of cancellation. Unreturned or damaged equipment is invoiced at the replacement cost listed on the service order.
You may use your own router. We provision the circuit at the demarcation point.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any breach is limited to the greater of (a) the value of one month of your service, or (b) any service credits owed under the SLA. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Governing law
Service in Puerto Rico is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Service in the U.S. Virgin Islands is governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Service in the British Virgin Islands is governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by giving you at least 30 days' notice. Material changes that affect price or service entitle you to terminate without penalty during the notice period.
This page reflects our current operating practices. We review it with counsel periodically and republish whenever the underlying processes change. If a clause here conflicts with applicable law in your jurisdiction, the law governs.
