The speed we advertise is the most your circuit is provisioned for. On a modern router, a wired device should land within 5% of your plan speed during normal hours. Wi-Fi is a different story: it depends on your router, your walls, and your devices. If you ever measure low, we'll come do a free signal walk-through.
Residential plans are month to month, so you can cancel any time. Business plans run 12 or 24 months depending on the tier, and the early-termination fees are spelled out in your service order.
In serviceable areas, standard installation takes about 5 business days from order to live service. Need it sooner? Same-day install is available on weekdays in San Juan, Charlotte Amalie and Road Town for a small surcharge.
Yes. We provision your circuit at the demarcation point, so you can connect any router that supports IEEE 802.1q VLAN, which most modern consumer and prosumer routers do. Bring your own and we'll drop the rental fee.
